Fresh skipjack tuna is cleaned by removing its waist and it is boiled through sea water then it is upplied by fire smok after that it is dryed through sun light for 20 days. After these processes it very much useful to delitious food items also it is priseved for 2 or 3 years without any change in taste quality.
