Applications
Mainly used in pulp brightening, surface sizing and coating, etc, with high acid resistance. It is the first choice to produce paper of high brightness requirements
Reference dosage:
1. When brighten in pulp, BA should be added before alum or cationic auxiliary agent; dosage: 0.05-0.4% (of absolute dry pulp).
2. In surface sizing, it can work with CMC, PVA, starch, or anionic or cationic synthetic sizing agent.
3. In coating, it can be used at any stage of coating production in the form of aqueous solution after dissolve.

10kg or 25kg/ craft paper bags. It canbe packed in other forms according to user's requirements.

Features:
Thisproduct is mainly used for whitening and brightening of blending fabrics suchas polyester and polyester cotton, polyester silk, polyester yarn, polyesterramie, polyester wool as well as whitening of chemical fiber and plastic. Thisproduct applies to pad dyeing and HTHP dip dyeing, especially low temperatureadsorption and high temperature setting process.
Applications
1. Pad-dyeing hot melt method:
Use quantity: 1.5-3g/L
Process flow: two dip dyeing and two paddyeing (mangle expression 70) pre-drying (100) curing and setting (180 190, 40-30s).
2. HTHP dip dyeing method:
Use quantity: 0.2 0.5% (o.w.f)
Dyeing temperature: 120 130
Dyeing time: 30 - 60 minutes
PH value: 4.5 - 5.5 (adjusted withacetic acid)
Low temperature adsorption and hightemperature color development dyeing method:
Use quantity: 0.5 1.0% (o.w.f)
Dyeing temperature: 50 60
Dyeing time: 30 minutes
PH value: 4.5 - 5.5 (adjusted withacetic acid)
Process flow: add BC-100 whitening agentand additive (anhydrous sodium sulphate 1-2% relative weight of dyed cloth,acetone is adjusted in PH) and fabric to dye bath at room temperature temperature rises to 50, deying for 30min washing dehydration and pre-drying (100) setting and baking (180-190, 40-30s).

Cautions:
1.If suspension liquid is foundprecipitated and separated, just shake it before use, which does not affect theuse effect.
2.Please note that use this product within its yellow spot, i.e. paddyeing 5g/l,dip dyeing 0.8%(o.w.f). If use this product beyond its yellow spot, it will be easy to becomeyellow.
