Properties: Slightly foul odor and bitter taste, nonpoisonous. Specific gravity: 1.46-1.52.Soluble in ethyl acetone, acetone, dilute solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, ethyl alcohol. Not easily soluble in benzene. Insoluble in water and gasoline.
Application: Used for NR, IR, SBR, NBR, HR and EPDM.One of the mainly used acidic accelerators currontly and a medium fast primary accelerator. Imparts excellent aging properties, when used both alone and in combination with DM,TMTD and many others, mainly basic accelerators for higher activity. But care should be taken because it has a slight tendency to scorch. Unsuitable for use in the manufacture of food contact materials. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, tubes, footwear, rubber belts and hoses etc.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. The recommended max. storage life is 2 years when stored under normal conditions.
Properties: A little bitter taste. Specific gravity: 1.50--1.59. Soluble in chloroform, toluene, benzene, carbon tetrachloride. Insoluble in water and ethyl alcohol.
Application: Given flat, moderately fast cures in NR and SR. Also used in a wide range of general purpose rubber. Non-staining/non-discolouring in "white" socks; use as a plasticiser and/or retarder in polychloroprene rubber. Secondary acceleration is usually required for synthetic polymers. Better scorch safety than MBT.

OF-7 is a polymeric alkyl phenol disulfide, contains unique sulfur donors in the molecular structure, can vulcanize rubber in heated state, � typically used as nitrosamine-free environment-friendly sulfur donating body in the rubber compound formulations, can give excellent mechanical properties, heat aging resistance, excellent dynamic fatigue properties and good operational safety performance.
Application
OF-7� contains unique sulfur donors, can� vulcanize rubber in heated state, giving non-blooming, high tensile strength, excellent heat resistance and dynamic fatigue properties, used� as� sulfur donor type vulcanizing agent� for NR/SR. For the co-vulcanization� of different polar rubber, such as NR, CIIR, IIR and EPDM, it provides excellent performance. Can be used in tires, gaskets, belts, automotive hose, damping products.� Because containing� alkylphenol� groups,� it has� also excellent tackifying and antioxidant effects. Not producing� nitrosamines toxic gas� during vulcanization, it is an environmentally friendly additive. Reference dosage 0.5-5 phr.

Product Introduction
MBTS is an accelerator of NR and SR. It has level and middle cure rate and higher Vulcanization temperature. It operates safely disperses easily and does not contaminate. It is aging resistant. White or light yellow powder or granule with slightly bit-ter taste, nonpoisonous.
Application
Mainly used in manufacture of tires, rubber tubes, rubber shoes, rubber cloth and other technical rubber goods. Accelerator MBTS works as plasticizer and delayed action activator in poly-chloroprene.

Introduction of rtv 2 molding silicone rubber:
1. Two-part of rtv 2 molding silicone rubber: flowable liquid silicon and catalyst.
2. Rtv 2 molding silicone rubber cures at room temperature within 4-6 hours.

Operation step for rtv 2 molding silicone rubber:
1. Step one to use rtv 2molding silicone rubber: take 100g of part a and add 2g of part b and mix thesilicon rubber and the curing agent evenly.
2. Step two to use rtv 2molding silicone rubber: vacuum pumping
3. Without exception, thistakes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available.
4. Step three to use rtv 2molding silicone rubber: brushing cast & perfusion molding operation.
Performance:
1. JERINA Plasticizer A can reduce the viscosity of natural and synthetic rubber to making it easy to process.
2. JERINA Plasticizer A can improve the dispersion of filler and rubber chemicals in the rubber compound, and improve scorch safety.
It also can promote vulcanization and release of vulcanized products to keep the mold clean.
3. JERINA Plasticizer A canshorten the mixing time, change flowability of unvulcanized rubber, and there is no adverse effect on the bonding of rubber and metal material.
It can improve storage stability of rubber compound, especially beneficial for vulcanization process.
4. JERINA Plasticizer A also can improve compression set performance when applied in sealing strip of EPDM.

1. Add plasticizer A together with rubber compound.
