The filler masterbatch is using high-quality ultrafine inorganic powder and other special ingredients as raw materials and processed by twin-screw extruder. It can significantly improve production efficiency, product whiteness and other physical and chemical index thus improve end-product quality
The filler masterbatch is composed of PE, high-quality calcium carbonate, and a variety of chemical additives. It has good impact resistance. You can add the proportion of up to 75 %, which can effectively reduce the production cost.

This filler masterbatch is made from PE, high-quality transparent calcium carbonate and chemical additives by special processing technology. It can highly improve the efficiency of film blowing, reduce the cost and improve their own physical and mechanical properties while imposes little impact on the transparency of PE film.

White master batch 108 is a filler free white master batch with very good dispersion. Total active content(tio2)- 70% rutile .

Hidispersion zno-80/product description
Use characteristics hidispersion zno-80 is a special grade of zinc oxide particularly suitable for the rubber industry. Due to its epdm elastomer bound form, the absorption of humidity from the atmosphere during storage is prevented. In comparison to extrusion compounds containing powdered zinc oxide, those with hidispersion zno-80 provide smoother profiles. This is due to the more homogeneous dispersion of hidispersion zno-80. A slight increase in modulus and tensile strenghth usually occurs; elongation at break is also improved. Hidispersion zno-80 prevents the heat swell which normally occurs when powdered zinc oxide is used in cr mixes.

Processing advantages
