The main series of our product are: BQS mining explosion-proof submersible electric pump, WQ sewage/mud/sand submersible pump, QJ deep well submersible electric pump, QS small submersible electric pump and WQX high head submersible electric pump. Among these products, the max. of power is 410KW, the max. of flow is 600M³/h and the max. of head is 800M.
Casing-made of ductile iron, ribs help casing to stand high pressure. Wet ends-impellers, liners, volutes are made of high-chrome alloy or rubber, to resist wear, corrosion, emosion or impact, parts made of metal or rubber are interchangeable. Bearing assembly-grease lubrication and oil lubrication are optional depend on the usage. Seal options-gland seal, expeller(centrifugal or dynamic)seal and mechanical seal are optional to fit different application.
YRY series submerged pump is a single-stage single suction vertical high temperature submerged centrifugal pump. This series of pump, design professional, with excellent heat resistance, long life, high efficiency, good sealing performance, low niose, small footprint, high cooling efficiency, reasonable structure and so on. This pump is dedicated to pumping less than 500 high temperature molten salt and heal conducting oil. This pump is widely used in the technological process of phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, acrylic acid, acrolein, fumaric acid, melamine, refrigerants, aluminum magnesium industry, PMDA industry etc. It can also be used for transmission of heating medium in rubber, plastic, building materials and other insustries. In addition, it can be used to pumping more than 100 hot water and other heat medium. This series of pump, adopting different structures and materials according to different media. Especially for those with larger liquid depth, we have patented structure design, and that can completely replace imported products.

Product introduction Working principle: The water powered proportional doing pump takes the flowing pressure water as power, having small water pressure loss, without any other power facilities. It uses waterpower of the proportional pump as engine which drives the piston and the connecting rod inside the proportional pump, sucks up the liquid additive directly and makes it dissolve in the water flow. This device moves up and down in a cylinder. When pressing out the water, it uniformly sucks the additives loaded at the bottom of the container into the water flow through a tube. Repeat the up-and-down motion until the effect is achieved that the additive is added to the flowing water evenly and constantly.
