Last week, we received an inquiry from an old customer in Russia for our new model E-EP16-S35 hydraulic piloted directional element equivalent to HydraForce EP16-S35. It is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot to close hydraulic directional element.
Since it was posted, it is the first time that we received inquiry for it. This model is some new, and there are very few hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in China who has it. The customer may be still comparing pricing, or need to wait for some while to make a decision.
Actually, this Russian customer placed orders with us several times. We are still adjusting to each other. Building a stable and long-term supply chain relationship is not easy, there are always many unexpected obstacles. But once it is established, both parties will benefit greatly.
