* Pumping highly viscous, solids laden, non-Newtonian fluids are a difficult and complex process. At Syno, we have the knowledge and expertise to help you. The Wide Throat "W" Series has been designed to handle highly viscous materials, such as sludges, slurries, thick non-flowing pastes and de-watered sludge cake which ensures easy and efficient handling of high-viscosity fluids with viscosities up to 1,00,000cP. Progressive Cavity Pump is a type of positive displacement pump which has a rotor rotating within a housing called a stator. The rotor is always metallic and the stator is made up of a rubber type of material. It looks somewhat like a screw thread the fluid is between the cavities and the rotary motion of the rotor forces the fluid through from one end to the other. The liquid acts as the lubricant between the pumping elements,� and it should not be run dry. Why Boiler condensate pump must be used instead of conventional electrically operated pumps? Presently in some of industry, condensate is collected in the collection tank and there after it is being pumped by conventional electrically operated centrifugal pumps.
