INTRODUCTION
The product is a high molecular 30 TBN Calcium Sulphonate. The increased oil solubility of the organic portion of this Sulphonate enables the product to provide rust protection and acts as a dispersant for graphite and molybdenum disulfide. It can be used as an additive in lubricating oils, greases, rust inhibition, antiwear and hydraulic fluids.

FORMULATION
The product is recommended for use at 0.5% to10.0%wt. In suitable base stocks to provide
detergency & anti-rust performance characteristics to oils. It is compatible with mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.
APPLICATION
Imparts excellent rust prevention, detergency and Anti oxidant Properties.
Corrosion inhibitor in mill oils, short-term rust preventatives, coatings and greases.
Dispersant and corrosion inhibitor in engine oil.
Provides excellent resistance to coated Cold Rolled Steel for antirust applications.
Works in extremely hostile conditions like highly acidic environment as well as highly humid atmosphere.
It is non-staining having detergent, dispersant properties.
Environmental Friendly, Biodegradable without side effect.

HANDLING AND STORAGE
Calcium Sulphonate is normally handled at room temperature. For general purposes, the following storage and handling temperatures are recommended: Storage Handling 50-70C
(122-158F).
