All rolls and tools that are used on the BG pipe making machine are internally designed and produced.
BG has a special department that is equipped with modern equipment and skilled personnel. BG makes
rolls for production of round, square, rectangular, plum blossom, flat, oval, fan-shaped, polygonal, groove,
door-frame, special-shaped tubes and for others profiles.
Roller sets/Mould are parts of stainless steel making machine. Different size of roller will influence the
tube/pipe size. Bigger roller will make large tube. Therefore, Roller is essential in stainless steel making
machine.
BG moulds are made of high quality material Cr12Mov/SKD-11. With high wearing resistance, good
strength and toughness, high pressure resistance, high hardness and hardenability properties, it's the
first choice material for roll sets. All steel rolls, after the heat treatment, are rectified on the total surface.
