Brief introduction For the existing artificial sand making production line, its products always contains a large amount of water, dust and impurities. That greatly reduces sand quality and valur. In order to solve this problem and to provide our customer dry and high quality sand, lzzg successfully developed xs sand washing and dewatering machine, this machine combines the washing and dehydration effects together, and perfectly solves the above problem. This machine is applied for sandstone factory, building site, hydroelectricity dam, glass manufacture, oil well development specially for sandstone and quartz sand company to wash, separate, classification and dehydrate. Working principle The work style of this series of machinery is rotary and movable. The bucket is driven by the motor through the reducer and rotates in circle. There are many sand storage web grooves and bucket screen for sand storage and primary dewatering. When the bucket moves , sand can be put out by sand storage web groove after being cleaned in the cleaning tank and primary dewatered on the bucket screen. Waste water runs off through the web grooves holes. Meanwhile the washed sand will be fed into the vibration dewatering screen directly for dehydrating. Sand washer can circumrotate and discharge sand periodically by motors continuous running, which can realize the batch production. It works the same as xsd sand washing machine. After vibrating and dehydrating on the pu screen, dry and fine sand is the final product. To maintain temperature or to increase temperature of the material in the reactor, hot water tank is provided. This hot water tank is equipped with coils to maintain the desired temperature of the water. The reacted mass is sent to the ultrafine grinder. Ultrafine grinder can grind the material with minimum thermal degradation compared to other grinders. The dried material is passed through centrifugal screen to confirm correct particle size. Finally material is sent to powder blender, essentially a ribbon blender of about 5 MT capacities. The different batches are to blended and converted into a large batch. The addition of Biocide and any other additives (if required) is carried out in the powder blender. The product will be packed either by manually or by automatic machine. To run the plant, two skilled and four unskilled workmen are required. One skilled workman at reactor and another to look after other operations of the plant. Two unskilled workmen are required for loading of raw material and remaining two will be required in packing area. Instead of having unskilled workmen, the possibility of having contact labour can be explored.
