Sunton amphibious undercarriage for drill rig
The midsection is flat, no sleeve ring is required. Load capacity from 40 to 50 ton. The rig will be used in deeper water. The pontoon size shall be l*w*h=11m*3m*2m and the steel wall plate of the pontoon is reinforced and much thicker than the normal pontoons in order to stand the large torque force during the drill rigs being working. The weight of the undercarriage reaches about 40tons and the total buoyancy will be 90tons at least to provide a payload about 50 tons.

Each pontoon will have 4 chains tracks being equipped with special material wearing plate and 2 sets doosan tm60vc motors. Main specification is as below:
The lifting load of the crane is 10tons.

The platform payload is also 10tons.
Pipe is made of steel, length 12m.
Total buoyancy of the platform will be 41.3tons.
The pontoon size will be l*w*h=10.2m*1.8m*1.8m, doosan tm60vc motors.

Sunton long reach excavator boom and arm is built with high tensile steel, which could achieve a half more digging depth and forward reach over a standard boom, saving valuable cost and time, and maximizing working efficiency. All surfaces of the parts are shot blasted, coated by marine grade epoxy paints. The front parts are all made by standard parts available in the local market of the customer.

Working principles
The system controls the grease pump for periodic running by the monitor. When the system works, the monitor drives the grease pump for outputing grease. The grease is divided to each greasing points through single line distributor. The system releases pressure when finish one time circle work.
