The automatic stone lathe cuts granite marble stones into baluster, ball, stylobate, cap, rail, column guide bar, pillar, banister, handrail etc. There are four cutter heads on the lathe and each head cuts two balusters at the same time, so it is able to 8 balusters efficientlty. Its max blade diameter is 600mm and the max. baluster height is about 1250mm. There are four spindle motors and each one is 7.5kw. The template is easy to be changed for any pattern. A laser sensor tracks the template and guides the cutter heads to make 100% copy cut. It is made of strong cast iron and comes with high quality parts working by computer automatically. It is able to cut big blocks into slabs with 4-12 blades. The long strong crossbeam of the block cutting machine is made of iron cast which provide excellent balance and ensure uniform thickness of each slab. High Efficiency Counter Current Inclined Mixer :- Operation is based on counter current principle. The eccentrically placed high energy agitator rotates in counter clockwise direction within the clockwise rotating pan. In addition, the inclined arrangement 30 degree pan , mixing pan tumbles the material & ensures vertical mixing . A material deflector plate prevents material sticking to pan wall scaper from top to bottom & deflects it into high speed rotor. Further it also accelerates the discharge of material at the end of mixing cycle. SALIENT FEATURES :- Hydraulic actuated central discharge system . Gear and Pinion drive for the mixing pan results in low noise and reduced maintenance, The rotating mixing pan is enclosed in static case resulting dust free operation. For low speed application agitator is directly driven by geared motor whereas for high speed application it is driven by 'V' belt drive. A large hinged door provided on the rotating pan gives easy access to inside of pan. Perfect alignment of mixing pan at high loads/speeds by specially designed slewing ring which guide the pan both in horizontal & vertical direction. All greasing points are connected to a Auto centralized lubrication system thus ensuring high reliability operation.
