Our premium dry coconut copra is highly sought-after for its exceptional quality and nutritive value. It is extensively exported to various countries with utmost care taken in packaging to ensure its safety during transportation. Clients can confidently avail our copra at competitive rates, regardless of the quantity required. The traditional extraction of coconut oil from copra involves a meticulous process of crushing and boiling. In India, the production of milling copra primarily involves sun drying and artificial methods, while edible copra is widely appreciated for its use as a dry fruit and for religious purposes. Properly stored copra can have a long shelf life, ranging from several months to a year, depending on the storage conditions.

ADVANTAGES OF COCOPEAT Eco-friendly and Sustainable growing medium High moisture retention capacity High cation exchange capacity Improves soil aeration Improves soil buffering capacity Mostly tolerant to pH variations Can buffer water soluble nutrients COCOPEAT MANUFACTURING PROCESS 1. Coconut Husk Processing : Coconut husks are processed at our Coconut Fibre Mills to extract coir fibre, leaving behind the by-product a spongy material that binds the coconut fibre in the husk â?? the coco coir or the coco peat, the main raw material for the Coco Coir based Growing Medium. 2. Washing of Raw Cocopeat : Coir Pith is washed with fresh water to lower the electrical conductivity which is a measure of the salt content, so that plants roots can absorb water efficiently and effectively. 3. Drying of Washed Cocopeat : Wet Coir pith is then sun-dried in concrete yards to reduce the moisture content to the right value to achieve the required compaction. 4. Sorting : Dried Coir Pith are sorted based on their electrical conductivity and moisture level. 5. Sifting & Sieving : Sorted Coir Pith is sifted and sieved to remove the fine dust particles and extract the right sized grains as per the growing medium specification. 6. Compaction of Cocopeat : Substrate mixture is compacted in hydraulic presses to the required size as per clientâ??s requirement. 7. Pack & Dispatch : Packed as per the specifications (shrink wrapped with / without label or packed in cartons) and are then moved to our stock warehouse for palletising and shipment.

Coco Peat Briquettes are small sized coco peat blocks, available in three standard weights 650 gm, 500 gm & 250 gm, expanding when hydrated to yield a volume of about 3 to 10 litres. Unlike the regular 5 kg blocks, these briquettes are considerably small in size and weight. Consequently, they are much easier to handle and are ideal for use by home gardeners and hobby growers. Usually shrink-wrapped with label, these Coco Peat Briquettes are targeted for retail markets for sale in chain stores and garden centres. White Copra is dried meat of coconut that are cut in half. There are three basic grades of copra. The lowest grade of copra has a bit black or yellowing color, and commonly used for the production of RBD Coconut Oil. While the other two grades can be categorized of White Copra, which are regular and edible grades.
