ACTIVATED CHARCOAL
We aim to be the world class leader in the manufacturing and marketing of activated carbon solutions that are purely derived from coconut shell. We envisage to produce activated carbon for water treatment applications, energy storage applications, air purification applications, chemical, beverages, Gold recovery and more. With adroit professionals and adept technology, we vie to embark on a mission that unfolds various characteristics which brings enormous benefits to the natural environment of planet earth and mankind. Our proven methodology has lead to adsorption of organic compounds from air stream and contaminated waters. Raw materials are finely scanned to avail the best quality in order to generate the preeminent Activated Carbon in the world.
Sawdust dryer is used for pellet sawdust or powder sawdust. Wet materials are continuously sent into the drum through a screw conveyor and then get separated and pushed by the high-speed hot flow. The moisture in wet materials is taken away in this process and then we get powder or pellet dry materials.
Sawdust dryer is widely used for the drying of straw briquette, charcoal, wood pellet fuel, sawdust briquette, corn straw, soybean straw, cotton stalk, wheat straw, sorghum stalk, wood shavings, sawdust, ginkgo leaf, mulberry leaves, and other fiber materials.

SAWDUST BRIQUETTES BRIQUETTES:
Manufactured from wood, however, the compression process that forms the block and Japanese heating technology is the biggest difference compared to conventional black charcoal.
Charcoal sawdust characteristics are not much different from binchotan white coal. Both types are high-grade clean smokeless coal with extremely high heat and carbon content. Humidity, ash, and sulfur content are extremely low.
Sawdust charcoal and binchotan charcoal are considered the most advanced BBQ charcoal in the world today.
Sawdust charcoal has many advantages compared to black charcoal, coconut shell charcoal with relative price. In the charcoal market in Vietnam today, sawdust coal is very popular and widely used.
The biggest difference between coconut shell charcoal and sawdust charcoal is that the charcoal sawdust is produced by pressing the wood into a bar before firing and cooling. This process removes most impurities, volatile matter, tar in coal.
As for coconut shell charcoal and briquettes, the materials used are coconut shell charcoal powder or ground coal powder pressed into charcoal. The natural material is carbonized into charcoal with a simpler technology, resulting in coal quality that is not comparable to sawdust or white coal.
