4. The above CNF price is based on current prevailing sea freight in case of any change in sea freight at the time of shipment +/- USD 1 / PMT will be negligible and will be acceptable to both the parties in case of more than this increase or decrease we will renegotiate the price.
5. LCL will provide 3 empty bags in each container.
6. Quantity commitment per month subject to availability of suitable containers and slots with shipping line.
7. The above price is based on 28MT loading in each 20ft heavy Container.
8. Discharge Port Charges will have to pay by the Buyer any free days will be subject to the prior approval from the liner if required.
