* The cement is the most demanding and essential raw material used in various production and construction activities. The cement industry has witnessed a steady growth in the market as different range of products using cement are manufactured. It is a binder, a raw material substance that serves as an adhesive to other materials. Cement mixed with water and fine aggregate produces, sand and gravel to create concrete. It is the most-consumed resource and is widely available in the market.
* Portland Cement is the most common type of cement used for concrete, mortar and stucco.
Types Of Cement We offer include:
Ordinary Portland Cement
Portland Pozzalana Cement
White Cement
Portland Blast Furnace Slag Cement
Applications
* Cement is a very significant material for binding in various fields of construction. Some of the uses of cement include:
* Concrete for laying moldings, floors, and roofs
* Construction of lintels, beams, stairs, pillars, etc.
* Mortar for plastering, masonry work, etc.
* Use to build structures like fireproof and heatproof, hydrographic structures, chemical proof structures, bridges, etc.
* Fire Proof or Heat Proof Structures
* Used to manufacture precast members, piles, fencing posts, etc.
* Use for making joints in drainage and pipes
* Use for the construction of cement concrete roads, wells, water tanks, etc.
Cement Quality
* As a top construction material supplier, we supply the best quality of cement that gives high compressive strength in concrete, high durability and High Workability.
* We supply the Required Grade and Type of Cement; that have been procured from the Top Brands made available to the customers at the required Specification for the best prices in the Bulk quantities required.
Transportation
* Cement is carefully packed in dry, clean and watertight to prevent solidification when wet. It is packed and shipped in Jumbo/Bulk/50 kgs paper sacks or one/two tone polypropylene bags. Further, bagged cement is packed with multilayer damp-proof and water-proof material to avoid any absorption of moisture and/or carbon-di-oxide. Temperature is thoroughly checked before loading the cement while transporting from the source-destination, or production site, it can be as high as 110C.
* While transporting (both short and long distances), we take extra safety precautionary steps like waterproof, dust-proof, moisture resistant, and radiation-resistant bags.
We offer innovative and cost-effective packaging concept with light weight cement bags. Our ranges of cement bags have high strength along with increased tear resistance. Hence, these bags can withstand rough handling during the process of transportation. We offer cement bags in different sizes and capacities based on the specifications provided by the clients.
Krs cladding board – a fibre cement board with high impact strength and moisture and fire resistant properties
Krs fiber cement board is the perfect choice for building board applications such as wall cladding, wall partitioning and decorative walling. The types of buildings that are suitable for krs board applications are residential, commercial and industrial buildings as well as schools and hospitals; especially where speedy construction, cleanliness and hygiene is of high importance.
Benefits of krs fibre cement board:
weather resistant
immune to water damage
fire resistant
provides sound insulation
shatter resistant
low shrinkage
flexible
high degree of workability
termite resistant
Matching the demands of modern applications
Fiber cement board is a non-asbestos fibre-cement product composed of portland cement, cellulose fibre and refined sand.
Using a special manufacturing process called autoclave, fiber cement board acquires the strength, durability of cement and easy workability of wood as well as dimensional stability.
A non-combustible multi-purpose application fibre-cement flat board, fiber cement board comes with various thicknesses which are suitable for various applications; ceiling, wall, and floor.
It can be used for both exterior and interior applications. Krs boards can perfectly be calibrated and then laminated or coated with other materials, such as eg. Wood veneer.
KRS plank – a fibre cement plank for traditional architecture
KRS fiber cement plank is a unique fibre cement composite of natural fibres bonded tightly in a high-grade silicate structure. This autoclaved wood-grain siding acquires impressive toughness, yet remains flexible and dimensionally stable. It is cellulose cement plank that contains absolutely NO asbestos fibre, no fibre glass fibers nor formaldehyde.
KRS Plank. Anything Else is Just a Façade.
KRS fiber cement Plank is simple to handle and easy to install and is therefore suitable even for the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) segment. KRS plank is a fibre cement siding and is fire resistant to A2-s1, d0 and made in accordance to EN12467.
KRS fiber cement Plank is also water resistant, insect and rot resistant and therefore requires very little maintenance. It is the perfect fiber cement siding for any house that needs a simple, yet durable cladding material. KRS Plank comes in several sizes and textures to match your housing needs, making it easy to select your desired interior/exterior cladding materials.
It is also a perfect solution for all wood-cladding houses that face a constant threat from termites and water damage since it possesses excellent properties of pest resistance, impact strength and water/moisture resistance. It comes in several sizes and textures and primed planks can be coated before or after installation (double coating) with optional acrylic paint.

Origin :- Vietnam . Turkey
According to: JS 30-1:2016, EN 197-1:2011, and matching Type IP regarding to ASTM C-595-08
Advantages:
1.Gains compressive strength with age by increasing the late strength of the concrete.
2.Lessening Air Undressing Factors across the time, so the best proof evidence is a historical establishments which built by Pozzolana rocks.
3.Improves concrete workability with less effort responding better vibration to fill form, and consequently improve paste to aggregate contact results in bond
strength and Improves the shape and finishing of the concrete mix.
4.Reduces the permeability of concrete and thus reduce the hollow channels,
Uses:
1.Used in Hydraulic structures, Mass concreting works and in construction concrete industry as an alternative to ordinary Portland cement
2.Manufacture of chimneys and thermal furnaces.
3.Marine structures & Masonry mortars and plastering.
4.Environmental friendly when the Pozzolana is added to the clinker, the CO2 that comes from the clinker burning is reduced.
