Anode fragments, also known as residual anodes, also known as carbon fines, residual anodes, anode carbon blocks, waste anodes, prebaked anode blocks, are shipped from large electrolytic aluminum factories and large carbon factories, with guaranteed quality, and are used for smelting copper, aluminum, lead, nickel and gold Special fuel for metals such as silver, it is also a raw material used in carbon factories and electrode paste factories. 1. The anode chips have high calorific value, the heat can reach 8000 kcal, the carbon content is more than 97%, and they are dry and moisture-free. 1 ton of anode chips is equivalent to the combustion value of 1.5 tons of metallurgical coke. 2. Anode fragments, total moisture: 0.8%, ash: 1%, volatile matter: 1%, total sulfur 1.6%, fixed carbon 98%, calorific value 8000 kcal. 3. The anode fragments can be reused in the anode material production process after cleaning. 4. The anode fragments are crushed and screened and divided into different particle sizes, including 1-3 cm blocks, 3-8 cm blocks, 8-20 cm blocks and hand-movable blocks above 20 cm, and whole anode fragments. It is added as an aggregate during the production and processing of anode carbon or electrode paste.

Acid wash carbon is also used in various applications such as Condensate de-oiling, semiconductor process water, dialysis treatment, point of entry treatment units, and protection of reverse osmosis membranes from chlorine and organic fouling.
