Waste oil usually collected from machinery, vehicles, ships etc. which color is black and very dirty. Transitional way to recycling the waste oil is by acid way,So our company researches the new waste oil vacuum distilling machine (JZC waste oil distillation machine), it is special for distilling and regenerating the black waste lube oil, including waste engine oil, lube oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, dirty diesel oil, mixed oils etc. JZC waste oil distillation machine heat the waste oil to (from 110 to 350) different temperature under high vacuum condition, making Hydrocarbon molecules break out, and re-order combination, forming diesel oil, lubricating base oil etc. JZC machine is very suitable for the small oil refinery company, also for the small oil company who want to make the oil by self.
Advantage:
Safety design, during the working process, raw materials oil is always flowing and flashing between the distillation tank and heating system, there is no any coking happen in the pipes and tanks, so the system is 100% safety, and long life time. By using the high vacuum distilling way, so the distilling temperature is low, energy saving and safety.

2.Working principle
The oil purification device is a three-phase separation of particulate matter, oil, and water medium, and the sedimentation separation formed according to different densities, and the sedimentation is accelerated under the action of centrifugal force.Through the centrifuge, the sedimentation acceleration evolves into the circumferential acceleration. The separated material is sent into the heart of the machine, that is, inside the barrate. Under the action of strong centrifugal force, the material passes through the separation interval of a group of disc bundles. The disc wall moves out of the neutral hole, where heavy slag accumulates in the sediment area, and the heavy phase flows upward to the centripetal pump; the liquid with a smaller specific gravity moves along the disc wall into the neutral hole and converges to the lower centripetal pump The light and heavy phases are respectively output by the lower centripetal pump and the upper centripetal pump; the heavy slag is discharged regularly; continuous production is implemented.

Rigid centralizers can be installed on the casing with stop collars or with integral set screws. Installations that allow casing rotation and reciprocation are preferred because of improved displacement efficiency. Most slip-on rigid centralizers must be installed between stop collars and are free floating there between.
Straight Rigid Centralizers are specially designed with extra length to give maximum centralization. These Centralizers are available in one-piece corrosion resistant cast Aluminium These centralizers are available with or without set screws for eliminating of stop collars. The straight blades of these centralizers reduce casing drag and flow effect. They are designed for use in highly deviated and horizontal wells and act as bearing during pipe rotations.

The non-rotating cementing plugs significantly reduce the drill out time, which leads to high efficient and cost saving.
