Water Jacket Heating Furnace
The skid-mounted water jacket heating furnace integrates the water jacket heating furnace body, burner system, chimney and its accessories, the fuel pressure regulating system, pressure regulating control valve of the heated medium, temperature and pressure measuring device, sampling port, safety valve, operating platform escalator, piping system valve instrument and the automatic control system into one, which is convenient for on-site installation and easy operation and maintenance.
The automatic control system of the water jacket heating furnace can be divided into two control modes: burner local control and station control room control, which can be applied to various types of water jacket heating furnaces. It is mainly composed of pneumatic control valve, gas emergency cut-off valve, water bath temperature controller, extinguishing automatic protector and other components.which can change according to the outlet temperature requirement of the heated medium and the change of temperature and flow into the reheating furnace.
In the absence of external power supply, the burner output power can be automatically adjusted to ensure that the temperature of the heated medium meets the process requirements.
When the water heating furnace is in abnormal conditions, and master fire is flameout, the control system can automatically cut off the fuel gas source and protect the the safety of the furnace body.
At the top of the water heating furnace equipped with an air pipe connecting with atmosphere, which makes the heating furnace operate under normal pressure in any circumstances, ensures the safety of the furnace body

Product Description
The crude oil electric heating pressurization skid is based on the oil and gas gathering and transportation pressurization skid, combined with the characteristics of oil exploitation, it integrates multiple production facilities such as filter, separation buffer tank, heating furnace and external transmission pump in the traditional oil station boosting station.
It adopts electric heating and supporting intelligent control system, with filtering, heating, separation, buffering and pressurization functions, and can realize remote terminal control and unattended operation on site.
The Oil Filtration Plant shall be designed for high vacuum and low temperature of oil for achieving required results. The Oil Filtration Plant shall be Mobile, mounted on an under carriage with Four Pneumatic wheels. Automatic brakes and towing arrangement shall be provided. The Plant shall be weather proofed and shall be suitable for outdoor use. The casing shall be provided with doors of SS 304 Sheets, hinged on fabricated Framework, Angles and Channels to have access to the operational controls and inspection windows etc. The equipment shall be enclosed and protected against climatic conditions. The Screw Jacks for relieving pressure on wheels at stationary conditions shall be provided. All components shall have adequate strength and rigidity to withstand normal conditions of handling transport and usage and shall be free from edges or corners to avoid injury to Operating Personnel in normal conditions of use. The design of the Plant shall be such that if required the part/s can easily be replaced.
This equipment is a multi-source high-vacuum evaporation coating instrument. The equipment adopts a front-opening vacuum chamber design. The chamber has a large space and strong expandability, which can meet the evaporation coating of multiple types of large-size samples. The chamber has an upper sample stage inside, and the clamping or clamping type sample mounting parts can be selected according to the user's sample style. The sample table can be rotated, heated and raised and lowered, and all operations are integrated and controlled through the touch screen. The vacuum pump set of the equipment is a two-stage vacuum system, which is composed of a dual stage rotary vane vacuum pump and a turbo molecular pump. The equipment has two sets of evaporation sources. It adopts a tungsten boat evaporation source and water-cooled copper electrodes. It can support a maximum current of 300A and a heating temperature of up to 3000â??. It can realize the evaporation of various refractory metals. This equipment adopts an integrated design, and the chamber and the electric control part are separated left and right, which realizes the separation of water and electricity, and effectively guarantees the safety of users. The electric control part adopts the design of the combination of touch screen and button panel. The vacuum system, sample table and other auxiliary functions are operated by the touch screen with one button. Capacity 5 tonnes per day i.e. 4 batches of 1250 kg. each
1. All the main vessels i.e. two neutralizers, one bleacher and one deodourizer are properly arranged on the first floor of the steel structure. So all these vessels are hanging on the steel strucutre. Just below the two neutralizers, two soap pans are resting on the ground floor in which soap stock is collected. There is a steam pipe arrangement in the soap pans also.
2. Steel structure has size of 14ft. x 14ft. (i.e. 4.25mtr. x 4.25mtr). First floor is 9ft. above the ground level. There are 8 coloumns of double chanel which supports the entire steel structure. It has proper staircase and railing on all the sides of steel structure at the first floor and also on staircase. Two filter presses are also accomodated on the first floor of the steel structure.
3. Two oil tanks i.e. raw oil tank and bleached oil tank are accomodated under the strucutre on the ground floor. Then cooler, thermic fluid boiler, two steam generators, vacuum pump, water pumps, oil pumps and refined oil tank are arranged on the ground floor around the steel structure i.e. outside the square of 14ft. x 14ft. of the steel structure. So total space occupied is about 30ft. * 30ft. (9mtr. x 9mtr.).
4. 40ft. tower is erected just near the deodourizer and its complete structure is supported from the ground floor and also it is attached with the refinery structure. Berometric condenser is arranged at 40ft. height to create proper vacuum.
5. All types of piplines are interconnected as per the requirement of the refinery i.e. oil pipelines (yellow colour), vacuum pipelines (blue colour), steam pipelines (black colour), water pipelines (white colour), thermic fluid pipelines (red colour). At all appropriate places, proper valves are provided in the pipelines.
6. Neutralizer is provided with thermic fluid coil for heating the oil.
7. Bleacher is provided with double pipe coil. One is for thermic fluid and another is for cooling water.
8. Deodourizer is provided with double pipe coil i.e. in both the coils, thermic fluid is circulated. Steam is ejected from the stainless nozzles provided on the steam pipe cross supported at the bottom.
9. Cooler is provided with double pipe coil. Both for cooling water.
10. In every vessel temperature guage is provided. Vacuum guage is provided on deodourizer, bleacher and cooler.
11. Neutralizer is open on the top having conical bottom.
12. Bleacher has dished ends on both the sides. Similarly deodourizer has dished ends on both the sides. Cooler has also dished ends on both the sides.
13. Specification of Refinery with fractionation Process
14. There will be chilling plant for fractionation process which will include shell and tube chiller, compressor, motor, pump, condenser, control panel box etc.
15. Crystallizing unit which is similar to neutralizer complete with chilling coil.
16. Filter press for separation of palm olein and palm sterene.
