1. Good lubrication and mold releasing property;
2. Good heat insulation cooling effect for mold, and it can extend the shelf life of mold to 2 to 4 times;
3. It will not burn under high temperature, no corrosion on the surface of metal, and not have the harmful gas;
4. Improve the quality of the forging and increase the surface finish;
5. Strong suspension property, uniform film, and high coating adhesion;
6. Soluble in water and aqueous chemical solvent, does not dissolve in oil, oily, such as chemical solvents.
Using method
The die mold releasing agent can be diluted with water as 1:8-20, and spraying on the upper and lower die by spray gun, then put the aluminum ingots.
The releasing agent can be applicable to 1800â??
Notes
1. Sealed storage at shade place, avoid exposure;
2. Rinsed with water after using spray gun;
3. The storage period could be 8-12 month
