Equipments :
All the equipments are modern and highly efficient and with caliberations
for precision settings of tools. The punching – stamping – notching machine is imported
and pre-programmable for automatic functions. The other equipments such as shearing, corner shearing, press brakes are motorized for accuracy. The spot welding apparatus are very efficient and give strong smooth joints.
The equipments for dry powder coatings are modern and fitted with Robots mounted with high pressure spray guns for a very uniform coating and high gloss finish.
All the equipments are very well maintained so that the same turnout a firstclass quality products.
Materials & components used :
Housings are fabricated from Cold Rolled Steel sheets conforming to JIS G3141-1996 commercial quality corresponding to TIS 2021 CRI.
Reflectors are made from mirror finish pre-anodized aluminium sheets in purity not less than 99.85% to provide total reflectance 95% - imported from Germany & Italy.
The louvers are also made from the same grade aluminium sheets as mentioned above.
The Lamp and Starter holders are imported from Germany and certified by TIS 344-2530 =IEC 61-2(1969), IEC 400(1982).
The dry powder used for coating is UV stabilized thermosetting based on polyester resins (Hybrid system) giving high gloss and good resistance to water and detergents.
Accreditions :
As per the rules and regulations the factory has a Iicence to manufacture / fabricate luminaires for fixed general purposes, fixed recess purposes
and lighting & similar equipments in conformity with TIS = IEC.
Accordingly Iicences for each type have been granted to manufacture in compliance with :
TIS 902-2532 = IEC 60598-2-1-(1979) Fixed General Purpose Lumonaires.
TIS 903-2532 = IEC 60598-2-2-(1979) Fixed Recessed Luminaires.

A. Product Specification
Energy Efficient Tubelight Retrofit Assembly suitable for general lighting service complete with electronic ballast,G-5 Cap and conforming to IS:2418. It shall be suitable to replace the existing assembly of FTL of 36W and 40W with EM choke satisfying following criteria and also the Mandatory Technical Specifications given in Annexure I on Page No. 20.
T-5 Lamp, 28W, Colour temperature 6000K, Rated Lumens 2400, Minimum Rated Average Life 15000 hrs. should be satisfying following criteria:
a) Lumen Maintenance after 2000 hrs. of operation including the ageing period shall not be less than 95% of declared value.
b) Lumen Maintenance after 70% of rated life including the ageing period shall not less than 90% of declared value.
c) Lumen Maintenance after 90% of rated life including the ageing period shall not be less than 85% of declared value.
