Tension control system and preventing centering device ensure the coil outputting & taking-up stably, levelly and orderly. Electric control system is equipped with parts of famous world brand. Coating line Function: The line is professionally designed to precisely coat & cure aluminum coil. An even chemical film layer was formed on the surface after aluminum coil was chromate-treated. It is helpful to produce colorful coated aluminum coil after continually rolling & color-painting & high temperature stove-varnishing. It is preparation for aluminum plastic compounding. Precision rolling & coating machine adopted our advanced technique to roll & coat the paint even, level and smooth on the surface of aluminum coil. Paint stove varnish can be optionally heated by electricity or oil or gas as per customersf+ requirements.
