The plating solution of electroplating process includes nickel sulfate, nickel chloride, boric acid, sodium dodecyl sulfate, saccharin and brightener.This process has the advantages of simple, practical, good effect, etc., the film hardness of the titanium alloy aluminum profile produced by this process is about 1500 HV, the same condition than the wear resistance of 22K gold plating 150 times, can be processed into various forms of gold, color, black and other bright series of aluminum profile products.
