Double-Sheet induction heat seal wad
Induction refers to non-contact heating.
The aluminium foil is sealed onto the container rim by an induction process. After opening the container, the cardboard backing separates from the aluminium foil and remains in the lid. The aluminium foil prevents tampering and the backing provides secondary sealing.
Application: agrochemical, paraquat, motor oil, lubricants, food etc.
Available in tape form and pre-cut form.
For use on glass bottles:
After gluing the bottle mouth, cover with liner is locked.
After the glue dries, the bottle is sealed by the liner. When opening the cover, The aluminium foil will attach to the bottle mouth and the liner will stay inside the cover.
