Cleaning line Function: This line is professionally designed to de-fat and chromate-treat aluminum coil to form a golden, light-blue and pure chemical film layer on the surface of the work pieces to ensure better endurance, strong adhesion of paint layer. Tension control system and preventing centering device ensure the coil outputting & taking-up stably, levelly and orderly. Electric control system is equipped with parts of famous world brand. Coating line Function: The line is professionally designed to precisely coat & cure aluminum coil. An even chemical film layer was formed on the surface after aluminum coil was chromate-treated. It is helpful to produce colorful coated aluminum coil after continually rolling & color-painting & high temperature stove-varnishing. It is preparation for aluminum plastic compounding.
