Application
1.Clean with solvents such as toluene or acetone to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean and dry.
2.For better appearance cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application.

4.Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
Limitations
1.Don't use to the joints,which is hidden in earth for long time.
2.Don't use in areas where no moisture has.
3.Don't use in places where have permeated grease,plasticizer or solvent such as wood permeated oil,uncured or half-cured resins,etc.
4.The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.
5.The products have poor adhesion to concrete,marble,mirror-glass,Zn-plated materials because of corrosion produced by acetoxy sealant.In this case,please select neutral silicone sealant.

The component a of shoe mold silicone rubber is white flowing liquid and the component b is the curing agent. For example, take silicone rubber of 100g and add 2% curing agent for mixing evenly. After the silicone rubber and the curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicon into a vacuum machine for deairing to remove the bubbles. After deaired, pouring the liquid silicone rubber into the product to be duplicated or into the mold frame.
Notes:
Shoe mold silicone rubber is used for pouring or brushing technique.
