High Transparency, Heat Resistance, chemical resistance PC + Glass Fiber reinforced (GF) The glass fiber (GF) reinforced PC have improved tensile / flexural properties as well as thermal resistance. The FR rating improves with increase in thickness and the material can acquire a UL94 V0 rating at 3 mm. LDPE Granules Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) is a synthetic resin using a high-pressure process via free radical polymerization of ethylene and is therefore also called high-pressure polyethyleneâ. It features light, flexible, good freezing resistance and impact resistance. LDPE is chemically stable. It has good resistance to acids (except strongly oxidizing acids), alkali, salt, and excellent electrical insulation properties. Its vapor penetration rate is low.
