Cold-pressed, non-hydrogenated, fresh and organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. The fresh coconuts are sourced from select estates which are accredited for both organic and sustainable practices. The coconuts are then deshelled and peeled, leaving only the white kernel in tact for the production of virgin coconut oil. The white kernel is crushed in stainless industrial crushers, dried in a temperature controlled environment between 50-60 celcius and expelled for oil extraction. Lastly, the oil is filtered for the removal sedimentation and for crystal clear clarity. Virgin coconut oil has the natural aroma and taste of fresh coconuts.
