Cumin powder, popularly called jeera in India, belongs to the parsley family. Cumin seeds are known for its nutty aroma. The cumin powder we supply is roasted to enhance the fragrance and is then ground. It is brown in colour and is sprinkled on flavoured rice, dips, curries and sauces.
