The calibrator provided by us is widely used for cleaning and sorting the raw cashew to make it suitable for eating. This calibrator is available in different technical specifications as per the customer's requirement. Sizing is needed for efficient shelling of Raw Nuts and further processes. It comes with an additional dust separator which removes dust, small particles, stacks & foreign particles from the raw cashew nuts. It is a cylindrical equipment, the drums are made up of Mild Steel. Poly Urethane coated shafts and pipes are provided in the cylinders to keep these calibrator drums cleaned from stuck up of Raw cashew nuts. Since feeding of Raw Nuts is Automatic thereby reducing the labour requirement, thus it saves the production cost. Raw nut calibration increases the productivity per worker and quantity of wholes in the shelling section.
