Castable for Ladle is made from bauxite, fused corundum and high purity magnesite.It has good corrosion resisteance, convenient working, long service life and low refractory consumption of producing one ton steel. High Intensity Castable (Corundum) is made from corundum, adding additives and fused refractory cement as binder. It has high temperature resistance corrosion resistance wear resistance and high strength mainly used in high temperature wear parts of heating kiln or furnace. Castable for Tundish Permanent Lining is made from mullite. It has convenient working, high htrength, good thermal insulation performance, high temperature resistance, thermal shock stability, good spalling resistance and long service life. Slag-making Ball is made from caustic calcined magnesia. Adjust MgO and C contents according to the requirements of consumers. It is mainly used in slag splashing for protection of converter.
