Used to cook Turkish Delight. 100 kg per batch. Duration is 2.5 hours. Unloading by hydraulic lift. Two speed motor with 2.5 KW max. Speeds 30-60 RPM. 0.75 KW / 1400 RPM hydraulic pump. Pot is 304 stainless steel and frames 304 sheet metal covered. Heat source in standard machine is LPG or Natural Gas, but, can also be made for water steam upon request.
