ORTHOSYN MTP PROSTHESIS Modular Replacement of the First Metatarsophalangeal Joint Orthosyn MTP is a modular joint replacement for the first metatarsophalangeal joint intended for use in patients with hallux rigidis or other destructive conditions of the joint. The components are modular and can be used for either hemi- or total joint replacement. The total joint includes a polyethylene articulation. Stems are titanium and uncemented; the bearing surface is cobalt chrome.
