Sesame seeds are consumed widely by vegetarian as it is rich in vitamin E. Its consumption is beneficial for reduction of cholesterol, prevention of high blood pressure, reduction in pain, swelling in case of rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, migraine, stroke colon cancer and calcium loss.
