1.Name of goods: desiccated coconut high fat (fine grade, medium grade, chips grade, flake grade).

-Raw materials: desiccated coconut is coconut meat which has been shredded or flaked and then dried to remove as much moisture as possible.
-Role of nutrition: rich in vitamins, minerals and trace elements, as well as the vast majority of proteins, is a good source of amino acids.
-Function of food: used in various confectionery and bakery products such as cakes and toppings; it is also used in the ice cream and diary food processing industries.
-Desiccated coconut are packed in multi-ply kraft paper bags with inner sealed polythene liner. Standard bag sizes are 25lbs, 50lbs, 100lbs, 10kg, 25kg and 50kg. Additional outer poly propylene (pp) bags are available upon request.
