This product was developed focusing on the aim of finding a real cream alternative to dairy cream, concentrating on dairy taste and improving the technical characteristics of the final cream alternative in comparison with dairy cream. We believe that we have obtained a first class product which has the following characteristics: Excellent Dairy Taste since it is blended with natural dairy cream Double Use as it has been designed for Whipping and Cooking High Overrun (380%) and stability once whipped Acid Stable, Alcohol Stable, Re-generation Stable Long Shelf life due to UHT processing – 12 months before opening at +2º/+20 ºC
