EMS solution monitors the status of server by using TCP/IP, SNMP, and ICMP protocols and by installing three applications (EMS agent, EMS server, and EMS monitoring) as well as sends an alarm by means of mail, SMS, and monitoring message according to user definitions in order to respond to server errors in a prompt manner. The solution aims at integrated management of various call center systems and network devices.
