a. Buyer issued ICPO + BCL +NCND + COPY OF PASSPORT OF BUYER AND INTERMEDIARIES
b. F.C.O. AND “Contract” issued.
c. Buyer signs, seals and returns the Contract duly signed and sealed.
d. Within five (5) banking days, Buyer’s Bank sends a Financial Instrument
for total value of contract to the Seller’s Bank
e. Within seven (7) banking days, Seller’s Bank sends Proof of Product (POP) via SWIFT, bank to bank,
to activate Buyer’s Financial Instrument
f. Shipments commence in accordance within Contract.
