Aldepol - ah Special features: It can be used at low concentration. The effective concentration is only 4%. Microbes do not develop resistance to it. It is not toxic to birds - can be sprayed in the air, on walls and floors with the birds in the shed. Does not cause corrosion. Harmless to the skin in dilution. Even if it is used at a higher concentration by error, it is not toxic to the birds. This is not so with bleaching powder or formaldehyde. Nearly odourless in dilution. Temperature resistant. Excellent price / performance ratio. Active ingredients: Quaternary ammonium compounds Combination of suitable aldehydes Its effectiveness: Aldepol - ah contains three active ingredients whilst the usual disinfectants like bleaching powder and formalin have only one. When the three ingredients act synergistically they are more potent and can therefore be used at low concentration. Studies conducted in various laboratories in india, conclusively show that aldepol - ah at 4% is effective against virus, bacteria and fungus within 5 minutes. A very important finding was that aldepol - ah also kills the uncapsulated newcastle disease (ranikhet disease) virus in 15 minutes. These results establish the superiority of aldepol - ah to the common iodophor disinfectants. Packing: aldepol - ah is available in 1 litre & 5 litre packs.
