Technical Details:- Base Unit :- The Machine is designed on the principle of modular construction suitable for extension with coating machine. This machineis an efcient converter, which handle web material or substrates like BOPP, Polyester,Paper, Cellphone, PVC, Almunium Foil and otherallied materials from 10 microns to 120-micron thickness. The frame is made on heavy M.S. body to avoid the vibration.Coating Unit :- There is one coating unit consisting of one roller (Adhesive pickup roller) one rubber roller (Pressure roller) driven by 1HPDC motor and reduction gearbox. There is one doctor blade attachment complete with reduction gearbox and ne setting of ink for printingand lacquer coating. One adhesive tray will be provided for up and down adjustment. One dancing roll will also be provided to take care ofany uneven feeding or gauge variation. Unwinding station having one saft with taper cones, spring tention clutch / brack, side adjustment etc.Alumunium Cast idler roller with double bearing provided for smooth running of the lm.Drying Chamber :- All M.S. rollers in the heating chamber synchronized and drive with main drive, One side Window to inspect the lm and thick glass wool to prevent the heat outgoing. 1HP AC KIRLOSKER MAKE blower in two zones will be provided. The hot air from heatingbox is uniformly blown at different position ensuring the equal air ow on the lm.Lamination Unit :- Winding unit consist of one steel roller, rubber roller for pressure, idler roller, center winding with one saft with cones,slipping clutch, all driven by 2 HP DC motor.Basement :- Heavy-duty basement will be provided to avoid the vibration.Control Board :- Control board having digital temperature controller, AC variable motor control for unwind and rewind, web guide starters,blower starters, Unwind and Rewind pneumatic tention controller, Pressure roller / Lay-on rollers pneumatic controls and all other standerdaccessories.
