Darjeeling Black Tea- Specially plucked by women because we believe women's hands are agile and deft they won't hurt the leaves, later for 20 hours by blowing cold and hot air to remove moisture then after the rolling part comes for 50 minutes then oxidation/fermentation takes place with a humidity level of 80% & temperature of 70-80 F for 3-4 hours with the presence of tea master & they end the process with drying.
