Palm oil, often referred to as palm oil, is a type of vegetable oil extracted from the fruit of the oil palm tree. Palm oil has various applications in the food, cosmetics, and energy industries. This oil has a diverse nutritional composition, with around 50% fat content, protein ranging from 11% to 12%, and starch content of about 7% to 8%. Other components include water, fiber, essential organic acids, sugar, theobromine, caffeine, and around 300 other compounds.
