The Mefiag filter units in the CR Series have been specially developed for the filtration ofaggressive oxidizing solutions, such as chromic acid. A filter unit in this series consists of a PVDFhorizontal disc filter or a cartridge filter with a PVDF centrifugal pump with mechanical seal or aPVDF magnetic pump, and can optionally be equipped with a PVDF slurry tank. Both the filter housing and the slurry tank are made of steel and are internally clad with 3PVDF.The outside has a corrosion-resistant coating.
