Cut Filament (All Red)
This type of Saffron only includes the red part of Stigma and its quality is evaluated based on both chemical and physical tests in addition to its length, width and appearance.
Appearance:
The color of that is dark red. The top of the stigma is wide and it becomes thinner at the end. The Thickness of this kind of saffron is lower than other ones.
