Akshaa Millet adai is a healthy, wholesome and delicious dosa/ Indian pancake prepared with quality millet (small in size, white in color, and round in shape bigger than semolina/sooji) and lentils. Traditionally adai is prepared with rice and lentils but to keep it healthy and to get back to the roots and start preparing adai with millets and they seem to turn pretty soft and tasty. Ingredients: Foxtail millet, Little millet, Kodo Millet, Benyard millet, Black gram dal, Pigeon pea(Toor dal), Bengal gram dal, Green gram dal, Rice, Asafoetida, Red Chilies, Aniseed and Turmeric powder
