The technical ceramic alumina ball with the characteristics of high density,high hardness,low abrasion,good anti-seismic stability, corrosion resistanceis which can improve the ball milling efficiency of the ball mill, reduce the pollution of glaze slurry, improve the product quality and economic benefits of the enterprise that is made of selected high-quality raw materials, advanced molding technology and calcined in high-temperature tunnel kiln at 1600 �ºC. It is an ideal grinding medium for processing glazes, billets and various mineral powders. The technical ceramic alumina ball is used in the grinding process of ceramic glaze, including the grinding process of ball mill. The semi-finished glaze slurry after grinding by ball mill is put into the mixing mill for fine processing, so that it becomes glaze. Or put the glaze powder directly into the agitation mill for fine processing to make it into glaze. We can supply 65-70% alumina content classified as medium alumina ball, 75% - 80% alumina content called medium high alumina ball, and more than 90% alumina content is high alumina ball. Among them, the high alumina ball is subdivided into 90% porcelain, 92% porcelain, 95% porcelain and 99% porcelain.
