This has High Curcumin because of the unique Soil and growing methods
Curcumin content of 6% to 8%
On breaking the turmeric fingers you can clearly see the dark orangish colour in the cross-section which is generally found in high curcumin turmeric
The Turmeric powder made from this is extremely aromatic and of very superior grade
This is little more expensive than regular turmeric but it is worth for specialized uses
