The mask is EN14683 Type IIR approved, which means that it is a surgical mouthguard that can be used in medical contexts. Type IIR means that the mouthguard has a bacterial filtration capacity of> 98% (II) and has been tested to resist the penetration of liquid splashes from outside (R).
Type IIR is the highest standard in medical oral protection and is thus the oral protection that provides the highest protection.
