Procedure:
1.Buyer sends their interntion via Loi
2.Seller sends Proforma Invoice
3.Buyer sends Proof of Funds
4.Buyer makes a visit to the warehouse to check the stock
5.Both parties sign SPA, Sales Purchase agreement
6.Funds transfer, and products own by buyer
