We signed on SPA for specific kind of charcoal.
we signed for 2 containers and the 3rd we added without the SPA.
We transferred them most of the money and when we received the first 2 containers the goods came wet and not the kind they promised us.
They sent a representative on their behalf and he confirmed our claims.
Still they chose to ignore our calls and messages after we released the 3rd container who has only 50% of the promised quality it was mixed as well.
